I first started with Ontario Hearing Center in early 1967, when I was in kindergarten. It was known as Otarion Hearing at the time. I am approaching 60 years with them. I've seen the evolution of hearing aid and testing technology through all of those years. I have gone through some unique needs for testing, including meeting the requirements for FAA regulations as a Private Pilot and DOT regulations as a school bus driver. They have always come through with me with excellent service.

Dr. McNamara was very thorough and personable in his approach to provide my wife with hearing aids that will improve her quality of life for a long time!

My 94 year old mother has been seeing Dr. Andrea Segmond for a number of years now. She is the best! She is so caring and patient, and knowledgeable both technically and on a personal level. She always takes the time to make everything the best it can be. We feel so lucky that we found her.

My experience at Ontario Hearing Center was extraordinary. I am a 70 year old female who no longer experiences any hearing loss thanks to the incredibly gracious, kind, proficient and professional staff at Ontario Hearing Center. Dr. Andrea Segmund is absolutely amazing in her ability to understand people and provide for their hearing needs. Facing hearing loss and the solution can be scary, but not if you are in their care. I highly recommend Ontario Hearing Center to anyone who is willing to admit their need and accept the expertise the family at Ontario Hearing Center is able to competently provide. I am confident you will not be disappointed.

Our experience with Dr McNamara was amazing. He is one of the very few doctors that perform REM (real ear measurements) , when fitting the new hearing aid. This is key to getting the potential out of your device. You could have a high quality hearing aid, but NOT have it adjusted and fine tuned to your specific needs, and the result would be no where near what you want. I brought someone who was very sceptical that his severe hearing loss could be improved due to his tinnitus, but with Dr. McNamara 's effort, his knowledge and obvious enthusiasm for what he can do for his patients... It's a new world. I can't thank Dr McNamara enough.

I have been wearing hearing aids for over 50 years. I always had great difficulty understanding what I have heard. I found Ontario Hearing, John adjusted my hearing aid properly. My understanding of what is being said to me improved greatly. I have been going to Him ever since. I office is very accommodating, helpful and pleasant.

I got my hearing aids several years ago from Ontario Hearing. The process includes testing my hearing initially and periodically, showing me how to maintain the devices, periodic maintenance and checking of the devices etc. Dr. Andrea has been great about these services. Ontario's office staff and courteous and well organized. I have been very satisfied with Ontario Hearing.

Dr. Andrea Segmond is very compassionate, understanding and a superb professional. We were given the most thorough evaluation with attention to every detail. She is skilled in fitting us to the hearing aids that are best for our circumstances and the activities we enjoy. We never felt rushed or pressured - she is patient in answering our questions and explains clearly how to operate, clean and care for our hearing aids. The staff at Ontario Hearing Center was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was able to make an appointment to see the doctor in a reasonable amount of time. The doctor was very thorough at my appointment and I was extremely satisfied with the treatment plan that was provided. Highly recommend.

The caring and remarkable service we received here was unsurpassed. We had a situation just minutes before they stopped seeing patients and they fit us in with professionalism and kindness! This kind of treatment is rare and the charges were equally fare. Grateful for this experience as we were here from Kansas visiting family needing my hearing aids to work!

Well, I just turned 60 and decided to have my hearing tested. The good news is I needed hearing aids. I say good news because I can't believe how much better I can hear now. Dr. John McNamara was so knowledgeable and helped me select the proper hearing aids for my hearing loss. No more saying "What?", and I can finally hear the TV at a normal volume. Fantastic service and support from a well run office.

Personnel is very efficient and friendly. John is knowledgeable. He advises his patient to the best product for their needs. He is easy going and explains in detail how the product works and how that product is the best for the patient. John runs a clean efficient, pleasant workplace.

Both my grandparents see Dr. McNamara for their hearing loss. After their hearing test with Dr. McNamara they decided the best route was hearing aids. The hearing aids have helped them tremendously. He’s been very patient and walked them through all the technology so that they are comfortable. He’s a wonderful audiologist and my grandparents thinks so too!

I had such a wonderful experience. Being young, I was hesitant to commit to wearing a hearing aid. The staff put my fears to rest and fitted me with the perfect device. Highly recommended!
