A very welcoming and pleasant office—I’m so glad I was referred! Dr. Adam Shepard was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything about my hearing test and the results in a way that was easy to understand. I ended up purchasing new hearing aids and feel confident in my decision. Everything is working exactly as explained. Pam the office manager at the front desk was also so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Dr. Orlando is not just knowledgeable about Audiology. She is kind and caring as well. I have had nothing but positive interactions at Ontario Hearing since I started going there in 2021. Additionally, Pam is welcoming and efficient. Five out of five stars!

I just completed my 1-year follow-up with Dr. Andrea Segmond. The entire experience with Dr. Segmond and the staff at Ontario Hearing over the year with my new hearing aids has been excellent. Everyone is thoughtful, patient, and thorough. The hearing tests and computerized equipment to setup and fine tune the hearing aids to my situation are very interesting. I can now hear better to participate in conversations where previously I was mostly an observer.

Would highly recommend Ontario Hearing Center. I have known Dr. Andrea Segmond, for many years. She took care of both my parents earring lost issues over the years. When I, myself, was experiencing hearing lost, I knew exactly where I would feel comfortable going. Her knowledge and patience is outstanding. Being a bit of an 'iPhone user challenged', she took time with me to successfully show how to use it with my new hearing aids. Thank you!

I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of the Ontario Hearing Center staff. I am very pleased with how much time Dr. Andrea Segmond took with me in setting up my 2 Oticon aids and making sure I understood and was comfortable with them. Follow up visits have been equally beneficial. I would recommend Ontario Hearing to anyone needing Hearing Aids.

I have been going to Ontario hearing center for about six years now and nothing but praise for them. If you have any hearing issues, go see them. ☺️ The location is convenient and easy to find. Plenty of parking. They have technology that gives more information to the doctors. (I don't remember the name of it. Real Ear?) Other offices don't have it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I never have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Segmund always gives plenty of time for questions and explains everything clearly. She genuinely loves what she does and wants to help her clients hear the best they can. Dr. Segmund is up on the latest research and enjoys sharing that knowledge. After asking me questions about my lifestyle, she recommended a hearing aid (and receiver) best for me and my budget. A previous audiology center just wanted to sell me hearing aids.

Convenient parking and I am seen within 5 minutes of appointment. Dr. McNamara is positive and friendly and answers any questions, including anatomy of the ear and impact hearing on balance. I was initially nervous about the whole process, but landed in the capable hands of Dr.Andea Segmond. I was impressed by her thoroughness, clear explanations, and determination to make adjustments to give me the greatest sound clarity. Information about costs and various brands of hearing aids were easy to understand. I was able to choose what I felt met my needs. Follow up care is excellent. Everyone there is kind and helpful. I have been a loyal patron of Ontario Hearing Center for almost 30 years. I can't imagine being anywhere else for my evaluations and hearing aids. Everything from the staff personality, professionalism, expertise, warmth, service, and cutting edge knowledge and technology, has been part of my service and relationship with them. They have supported me throughout the years as my hearing needs have changed . I have the utmost confidence and knowledge I receive top notch care in every way. I can't give a higher recommendation.

My entire family (3 generations) have been going to Ontario Hearing Instruments for almost 20 years. Every aspect of our experience has been incredible. The staff is amazing. Dr. Segmund is almost like a family member to us. She truly understands our challenges and is ALWAYS looking for the best possible solutions for our hearing loss. I can't even count the number of times she has said something to the effect of: "I was at this conference and saw this and thought specifically of you and your dad - I think this would really help". My hearing loss has been in the "profound" range for years. I do not know how I could have managed this more effectively than I have with the help of Ontario Hearing. I have recommended their services many times for many people and will continue to do so. Definitely worth looking into. They truly provide amazing service to all their patients.

I received my first hearing aid ever in 2012 from Dr. Andrea Segmond at Ontario Hearing, after interviewing 5 other centers. Dr. Segmond has been taking care of my and my husband's ears ever since then. Dr Segmond is outstanding in pre-screening and meticulous testing, outstanding in follow-up, providing many sessions to fine-tune my hearing aid. She fitted me with a Widex aid, which I like. She is knowledgeable, and caring, and gives thorough explanations. She is a pleasure to work with. She is still there for me six years later if I need anything at all. (Note: I've occasionally needed an appointment when she isn't there, and Dr. MacNamara is also excellent, competent, meticulous and congenial).
