I feel very fortunate that a friend recommended Ontario Hearing Center near 12 Corners in Brighton. Dr. Segmond has been so knowledgeable and patient in addressing my hearing challenges. I know I hear so much better because of the quality technology and superior customer service at Ontario.

I had purchased hearing aids at a business in the Rochester area and was not happy or satisfied with the service. I was referred to Ontario Hearing Center by a friend and I am very pleased with the professional service and exceptional patient care! They take the time, are available for support, and go above and beyond to make sure that patients are receiving the best possible care and are completely satisfied with the products they purchase from the moment you walk into the office. The Audiologist serving me and my needs is Dr Andrea Segmund - she's the best! I highly recommend Ontario Hearing Center of Brighton for all of your hearing aid needs and service!

Excellent, courteous service from Dr. Orlando today for checking and cleaning my hearing aids after purchasing them 6 months ago. The blue tooth I-phone connection, the TV streaming and the rechargeable hearing aid dock enhanced my hearing immensely The upgrades were worth every penny..

John McNamara really cares about his patients and has the skills and experience to help you achieve the best hearing results!! I have known Andrea Segmond for years and Ontario Hearing Centers was the first place I called when my hearing was clearly diminishing. This was a great experience. The office staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. I did not have to wait at all. The care I received for my hearing issue was phenomenal. The equipment they had was top of the line. everything Dr. McNamara did was explained in a way that made it very easy to understand. He quickly diagnosed and treated my problem.
